Mine came today...group B early 2000s. Bring on the madness....

 

Tickets came in today Group A 1055 & 1056.

 

This sucks. I received my DLD tickets today and received Group E tickets, when I was told during the checkout process I was paying for Group A tickets. Normally I wouldn't care that much, but I paid for shuttle bus tickets that leave for DLD at 8:30am and depart DLD at 6pm. Group E is from 6:30pm to 8:30pm, which means I can no longer take the shuttle if I want my bottles of Dark Lord (which of course, I'm not leaving DLD without my bottle allotment).

I sent a email to support at etix. We'll see what they have to say about it.

 

If you're on that Jak's shuttle, they were very responsive to changing times/buses right up until the last minute.

I saw someone a few pages back post pictures of good coolers to take, but the website FAQ says coolers are prohibited... Are they pretty lax on this, or does everyone bring their beer in a backpack?

 

No coolers. Maybe a cooler backpack. I just use a regular backpack. Check the size limitations.

Also depends on the weather. 2 years ago is was cold enough to not need any ice or anything. Last year it was cool and raining. This year ????

 

Backpack coolers are allowed.

I've brought my backpack cooler before (last year), so this is definitely correct.

Whether the number on the back goes up to 7500 or 15000 what changes?

 

For those looking for a decently priced cooler backpack I got one of these at Academy for 25 bucks. I've used it a few times going out disc golfing with some goodies and it does a great job with insulating. I was able to pack 6 x 750mls with space for some frozen water bottles and bam bam, drink 'em fast because it is heavy.

Nothing. But what else do we have to talk about? All the noob questions were covered weeks ago, no variant hints have been dropped. We got over the first come first serve variant issue. All we currently have to do is post inaccurate weather model forecasts and speculate on the crowd size.

So I'm in group E and will be driving up that morning. Are the line's crazy all day? When does the line start getting not so crazy if ever?
