Looks like I'm out this year, along with everyone in our regular group of 7. It sucks having other priorities! This will be my 2nd miss in 3 years after attending the previous 4 in a row. Damn.

 

I'll be looking to attend this year, which would make it 5th DLD in a row. My wedding is 2 weeks after that so it will serve as a 2nd mini-bachelor party.

I can already envision the Dark Lord appropriately rewarding me a gift of 2 year barrel aged Turtledogg variant in my commemorative tote-bag.

 

Last year was my first DLD and it fell a week after my wedding. For showing such committment to my wife early on, the Dark Lord rewarded me with a Handjee. The odds are in your favor.

DLD is in like 4 months and we're only on page 5. We have a date, we need bands and variants now.

This has got to be false. Why would the dark lord reward someone for something like commitment?

 

Man, those were the days. Especially in 2015 when it was pouring rain and there must have been dozens upon dozens of broken bottles both within fest grounds and outside.

 

Apparently, after too many complaints about the types of wine barrel they put DL in, FFF is forgoing the barrel aged DL altogether and instead aging it on a 1986 Chevy Camaro....
