Anybody know if you can add a proxy afterward, or do you need it decided before purchasing?

 

First I saw how the FFF "proxying" worked was as I was selecting my package. Seemed to be simply adding their name to your order before checkout, but I didn't actually do it, so I'm not sure 100% the full process. Really seemed to vague for me to risk trying to get a proxy myself.

 

First time ever getting a DL variant. I know I'm behind the times, but I remember chasing Zombie Dust when I first got into craft beer, so felt like this was a box I had to tick.

 

11th and 13th are sold out, only 12th and 14th pick up still available.

 

I'm an idiot, accidentally picked the wrong pickup date.

Still doable but not ideal.

 

Can anyone else that entered a proxy verify if it listed them on your email? Just want to make sure mine went thru and their wasn’t an error. Thanks in advance.

 

If you email them, I'd guess they'll help you out. I did for the vintage sale and they were very accommodating.

I think I'm gonna skip DL for the second year. At $40 a bottle, and only 4 bottles, I think I'd rather pick up Benthic and BCBS. My big reason for ever getting DL was the festival, and without the festival, it's really not worth it. Just my opinion as someone on a much more limited budget this year.

 

Don't forget to pick up some extra 2020 DLD bottles from the à la carte menu. They make great stocking stuffers.

I did something similar during the COVID vintage release last year. I had only had Chemtrailmix at FOBAB one year but otherwise had never had a variant. I got two incredible vintages that were two of the most memorable and delicious beers I've had over the past 5 years.

I'm hoping this year will be as good as that experience was.

 

A little surprised with how quickly Thursday and Saturday sold out but excited for my odds of handjee.

 

Friday sold out too now.

edit: and Sunday.

 

Are they going to open up more later or tomorrow kind of like how it sells out during normal DLD but then tickets are available a few hours later? I hope so otherwise I have to be big enough to acknowledge something caused me to be wrong when I said it wouldn't sell out.
