    Dark Lord Day weekend would be a pretty shrewd move for a FFF brewpub grand opening.

    Does anyone know what specific barrel Naturally Upset was aged in? I know it says single malt whiskey but you don't often see that distinction in American whiskey outside of smaller distilleries, and with so many notes of smokiness on UT, it makes me wonder if any Japanese or Scotch barrels were involved.

    Nope. But there’s definitely an Ardbeg or something in there because I enjoyed those peaty notes.
