It will act as Ice for the cooler) Beer (Share/Trade) * Pillow * Umbrella *# Print out of "ISO:FT list", in large clear font. Taped to FRONT of cooler, NOT the top. The top always gets messy from spills. Masking Tape # Black Marker Sample cup + Lanyard Cash Ticket Snacks* Sleep mat* Socks (Also used to insulate/protect bottles in backpack.) Sun Glasses Sun Screen Comfortable shoes Trash Bag Paper towels* Paper plates* Cups* MP3 player (Joes car only) Mini-jack:Mini-jack (Joes car only) Local Growler * ( Towel (Rain related) # Phone Charger (Car+Wall) # Bottle opener key-chain Change of clothes # Pen/Paper/notepad (or Cell phone) Camera. (or Cell phone) Shoes. This is held in a parking lot and people accidentally break bottles. That's a lot of crap to manage. I think you're overthinking it a bit. Plan on leaving a lot (almost all) of that stuff in your car.
I saw you mentioned snacks, but it is also a great idea to just bring a solid meal for later in the day. O.. and plenty of Aspirin. Lots of water for 3 reasons: DRINK IT!!! Seriously, you can never drink to much water throughout the day (except under certain circumstance). Rinsing of cups (Your own and others included) Sharing (Just because you bring it, does not mean other do. As such, make sure you include enough to share with others. Not saying you have to, but it does help.)
