Damn, when I first heard about this a month or two ago I assumed it was going to be like their normal beer dinners. As awesome as this sounds I really can't fathom dropping that much cash. The charity will be mighty happy for the people that do though.

You can spend $300 at Publican without Dark Lord, if you're feeling saucy.

5 year vertical is nice. Variants will be anywhere from nice to uber.

Sounds like my kinda dinner...I'll probably bid but I'm not going to go crazy...lots of awesome chefs there.

Wow. Maybe I can convince someone to get this for me as an early birthday present.

If you can, get the "crispy half pig's head" which is exactly what it sounds like, and is as my foodie brother said, the best thing he's ever eaten.

No, I couldn't pull that off, myself.

Except...you and Caroline both could probably eat at Alinea for the same amount of money that one of these dinners will likely cost... I know, I know, charity and all that jazz, but still... It does sound like a lot of fun, though.
