Sadly this backpack is not available anymore since it's been discontinued by REI, but a bunch of guys from my local beer group picked these up last year when they went on clearance and it works great:

    https://www.rei.com/product/882919/evrgrn-24-pack-backpack-cooler

If you come across one on ebay or maybe even hiding in a local REI, it's absolutely worth it - plenty of space for layering cans, bottles and food.

Things I would like include bottle dividers the ability to have multiple layers along with easy to carry and thermo efficient.

Last year, I used http://www.brooksengland.com/en_us/cycle-bags/new-islington-rucksack-3.html and was able to fit 2 allocations with variants. And I did carry it till about 4 when I left. The cross straps were money for carrying it all day.

In the original poster's defense, I would also put as much Morningwood in my mouth as possible. Delicious beer.

Too lazy to search through the thread so: Are crowlers ok to bring? I thought I read that growlers weren't

All beer that you leave with must be sealed. Because they can't guarantee that a growler is sealed they are not allowed. Since you're just going to enter with a crowler and throw it away they are allowed.

Slight amendment...they don't check bags upon exiting, so we can all leave with anything we are willing to stuff in a backpack, including broken shards of handjee that our drunk ass thought would be a good idea to lick clean the next day.

Leave the rest of it at home and fill your backpack with rye hipster. So damned good. I have one left, picked up while traveling up north a few weeks ago. I will not be taking it to a share, I will be having it for breakfast some day when I have nothing to do.

If we're going to start this, my plan is some fresh Mikerphone and/or Noon Whistle plus a variety of smaller format stouts. Stuff like BA Java Ten Fidy, Tweak, Black Note, Dosvidanya, Hazel's Nuts, maybe some recent Bourbon County variants or BA Prairie. Stout bombers would depend on space.

    • Firestone Walker 20th Anniversary
    • Pipeworks Over the Line
    • Cycle Pallet 1 (Coffee and Cinnamon)
    • Prairie Vanilla Noir
    • Noon Whistle whatever Gummy series is available
    • Mikerphone whatever IPAs or stout is availabe
    • one bigger bottle. Possibly Chaos '17 or something along those lines.

A backpack full of food. And I mean full. Because of @That_Bearded_Guy and @PrestigeWorldwide lists.
Sandwiches. Breakfast burritos. Chorizo scramble. Cliff bars of all kinds. Maybe some kind bars. Who knows! Maybe even grilled cheese sandwiches! Man I'm pumped.
