I've seen a couple of tix higher than that...in the upper 7000's.

I just got an email after getting my tickets yesterday. Had the tracking plus some basic rules stuff. They also had to twist the knife for the Group E people and reiterate that a variant is not guaranteed.

 

Got my tickets yesterday and left them on my kitchen counter, now I get an email from Etix saying my tickets are in the mail. So who is the joker who broke into my house stole my tickets and put them back in the mail? And how does Etix know this?

 

Anyone want to trade a group A ticket for a Brewers ticket?

Got my tracking info as well. Apparently they're already sitting in my mailbox.

 

I took day off and was at FFF already, looking for something to do. Now at Noon Whistle. Next up: Mikerphone. Plenty more no-useful-posts to come.

But I will say that FFF still had Rue' D Floyd available so I snagged a couple of bottles. After all the favorable reviews I figured I better get in on the action.

Brash (only hoppy beers and stouts)
Saint Arnold (oldest craft brewery in Texas)
Whole Foods Post Oak (yes, this is real)
8th Wonder (cool outside area)
Karbach (unless you're against ABInbev)

Breweries out of the city:
Lone Pint (yellow rose)
B-52

D&Q beer station (voted best bottle shop in Texas by a beer site that shall remain nameless)

 

Etix email said they are sharing the band schedule next week.

Saint Arnold's has to be one of the coolest actual brewery establishments I've been to. Love all the murals.

When I went to Karbach, Hopadillo was a solid IPA but all the variants of BA Hellfighter were the highlight. Super impressed with that line. Food and brewery are good too. (All this before ABinButthole takeover).

Houston 'area' I also highly recommend for beer bar is Nobi. Man, do they have some great beer and Vietnamese inspired food to-go along with.

 

Highest I've seen so far. I'm thinking 9,000 tix plus all the other tix they hand out to distro, investors, friends and family...
We'll see if anything higher pops up here or on the fake DLD FB page.

Mine were out for delivery yesterday at 9:00 AM, but still nothing. My post office is notorious for being the worst in the city and Chicago is considered one of, if not, the worst postal services in the country. Just hope I have them by the end of the month.
