Darkness 14' Chicago Distribution

Last year there was a good supply of it too. Hopefully it's the same this time

 

Naperville binnys announced they will release this Saturday. I think that means we should expect se to release prior to that date. Naperville binnys sits on all their big releases until a Saturday.

 

Looks like it is hitting the area this week. Binny's Naperville are releasing it at 9am on Saturday. A good time for a Bourbon County chasing dry run. Make sure one's car is running fine, cell phones are fully functional, etc

 

Does anyone know anything on the other Binny's

 

Curious as to what availability is like once it hits. Will this be gone in a few days or will it still be available around Nov. 8th? Will be in Chicago then and would love to find a bottle. Thanks!

 

If it's anything like the Twin Cities, it'll be gone in minutes, maybe hours best case. I watched several stores yesterday go through their 4-5 cases in 15-20 minutes.

 

Glad I went to the event this year instead hoping on binnys. Good luck with your chase this year, It is very good.

Agreed. I have a feeling Thursday will be the day most Binny's will release it. At least it seems that's when the majority of them get their new shipments.

Check one of your usual suspects from just west of Lakeview/North Center/Roscoe Village from about 20 minutes ago.

 

Just got mine from Andersonville, and saw that Capones got it too. Little on the pricey side too! came out to like 28 something with tax...

 

I believe that is right on par for the course. IIRC I paid like $25 last year at my local Binnys

Sorry didnt mean it as if it was an upcharge at that place, meant it more as price overall... But looking back at it compared to other BA prices out there its also just about right...

 

Darkness was around $20ish last year in my experience. With this year's being barrel aged, $25 seems appropriate.

 

I poked around a few place in the Northern most burbs (Vernon Hills/Deerfield) and didn't see any yet... maybe later in the week.
