A little update to this thread -- I just bought some Tucher Helles in 4-pack cans. They have a clear canning and (suggested?) best by date ink-jetted to the bottom of their cans. However, they're one of the German breweries that give their beer a 15 month shelf life, but probably shouldn't. My cans were filled in June of 2024, with a BB of September, 2025. The overall flavor and character are falling off compared to their Helles I tried when they first started exporting.
