Endless Brews good bar/bottle shop and Central Standard has good burgers and beer list on IA side. Hyvee on Devils Glen or W Kimberly have best bottles. Illinois side has Bent River for beer and food Rebellion Brewhouse and OKeefes have good beer lists too.
Your best bet might be to check Beermenus to see what places have on tap. To add to what bocky suggested, RIBCO on the Illinois side usually has something good on tap and decent food. In Davenport Sippis American grill has a surprisingly good beer list and decent food. I have heard mention of Sippis having trouble keeping their lines clean but I have not experienced any problems. Bent River has good food but unless they have something special on draft their regular lineup is just OK. O'Keefe's is a hole in the wall with a great beer list and no food.
Bent River will prob still have 4 packs of double uncommon stout and prob variants on tap. It's released this weekend. It's there barrel aged uncommon stout, was very good last year.
