I've posted a few ISOs for this recently and had no luck completing a trade. I have offered a combo of Cantillon (St. Lamvinus, Mamouce, Kriek, Iris, Grand Cru), Bourbon Barrel Peche Mortel, Grey Monday, etc. but no luck. Am I way off with these or am I somewhat close? Seemingly there are way more ISO than FT for DB Huna lately, so maybe the supply has just dried up by now. Any comments are appreciated.
I dont think you're off with what you're offering... It's just hard to find the right trader because most people don't have multiple DBH. Good luck!
No disrespect intended, but could be because your Canadian. Could very well be that people are not interested in shipping out of the country.
It's definitely about finding the right trader, as in someone with multiples, especially if you're looking to trade quality quantity for rarity. (Obviously you put out some fantastic bottles for trade) I got mine done for a combo of DB Jesus, BA Biscotti, Black Note, KBS, Bomb!, and Bible Belt. Gotta find someone with a few looking to try a bunch of great beers.
I was thinking the same thing. A lot of folks are scared off by international trades, especially because of the shipping rates.
My trades ship to NY, so that's not an issue. I always state that in the first line of my ISO posts, so that shouldn't be the issue.
Oops, my bad. Didn't notice that. You are offering some really nice beers, especially the BA dieu du ciel stuff. Hopefully someone hooks you up with a bottle. Good luck!
You didn't notice because I didn't point it out in my original post, which was my fault I thought the BA Peche Mortel might get it done, but it didn't... at least so far.
