Do these beers cellar well, or do the adjuncts fall off too hard? I know that regular huna is much better fresh, so I didn't know if the db was any different.

I have had both around the 1-year mark, and both held up incredibly well from a taste perspective. The DBH still had all of the adjuncts full force, and I could pick them out. I never had it fresh, but even still it is one of my favorite beers I've had. BVDL was the same, though I will say the vanilla was not as in your face as I expected. No clue if it was any different fresh.

Don't bother going over a year or two. Its been aged already. V10 was lots of vanilla, less bourbon, FYI.
