    I'm in DC for a conference. I'm by RFD and City Tap House, and neither are scratching where it itches. Any good bars/bottle shops close that have non-shelf beers?

    Try Smoke and Barrel, GBD, Black Squirrel...all solid bars with great beers on tap. Menus are easy to find online. EZ to get to from metro.
