I never saw them, but was also out of town for a week around the holidays, so I guess it's possible they already came and went.

Haven't seen any new Prairie other than Christmas Bomb around DC except at the Churchkey event.

I did see x-mas bomb at a few stores in DC and some collab in cans but no other variants yet...as a side note Crafthouse out in Reston has x-mas bomb and regular prairie stout on tap. Pretty yummy.

Any KCM available around DC? I've been out of town for three weeks...

Any other tips on new-to-distro beers would also be appreciated.

There may still be some Christmas Bomb at Modern Liquors and/or Connecticut Avenue.

I'm fairly certain I saw Christmas Bomb at Conn Ave last night.

On another note Funky Buddha announced some new packaging and beers. Don't bother watching the long and unfunny video. The only information worth sharing from it is that distro is expected for VA and DC in late January/early February.

Does anyone know what Beltway's typical Grimm ipa growler pricing is and if they have regular special on growler fills? They post on Facebook every now and then about having 1/2 priced growler fills but doesn't seem to be anything regular.

stopped paying attention to pricing because it used to be absurd but also consider dates. a lot of stuff put on there was released in cans in NY a while before.

I think 32oz fills are somewhere around $14-16, double for 64oz. They send semi-frequent emails with discount codes. Check out the Grimm thread to get an idea when the IPAs were released and this how old they are.

On a separate note, Ocelot is releasing Home in cans on Feb 7th.

They're canning Talking Backwards as well right? Is their canning line up and running now? Sunnyside Dweller cans would be an absolute game changer.

Going off an instagram comment by Ocelot, but looks like that will happen in the future.

They post the menu on DigitalPour now. 32oz pricing isn't on there, but 64oz is. Looks like the IPA's are now around $22 and the sours are $18. Seems like they dropped the growler prices on Grimm stuff.

Looks like DC proper got a second shipment of Bourbon County recently - several shops had a good amount of it.

Maybe so, but I know a bunch of places downtown have had it the whole time. Unusual amount of the barleywine around too.
