DC Metro area bottle share?

I'll check with my wife to see if she's cool with me inviting random internet people I've never met over to our house to drink beer. If it's okay with her and the Smoke and Barrel guys don't plan to host anything in March, I'll post up in the thread with some potential dates/details. We're in a decent location in DC (Petworth) that's definitely bus friendly and somewhat metro friendly for those that don't want to drive.

 

I'd definitely be interested as well. I talked with Jace who started this whole thing last week, and he made it sound like Smoke & Barrel can probably host again; he just needs to be there working and/or participating in the tasting.

I would be interested, too. Judging by the number of positive responses here it will probably be more that just 8, so if s&b can host, all the better.

My wife gave the okay for random internet people, so I'm happy to host a small bottle share in March in advance of Smoke and Barrel potentially doing something larger down the road. Saturday March 16th is probably the best day for me (I can order UFC 158 if there's interest), but I might be able to do the 9th (short notice, but Hill Farmstead), 22nd (NCAA tournament) or 30th.

 

I could do the 9th. I live in Alexandria. I could bring the following:

2012 Huna
2012 Pegs RareR DOS

 

I could do the 9th I think, that probably works the best for me.. I am not so much for what's on the tv but for the beer, but by all means combine them if you want

 

9th is good for me, too. The more HF the better, IMO

 

Damn, unfortunately I can't make the 9th, but please don't hold this up on my account. I'm sure there will be other times to drink good beers together.

Probably there because they are $25. That's almost twice what I paid in Springfield
