DC Oktoberfest events 2019?

I am in search of a good Oktoberfest event to go to with some friends, but currently I’m having some difficulty locating a good event online.

The event I’m seeking should have a live, authentic band, German import on draft (and not just local craft), an authentic setting, have a free or cheap entry price, and because neither of us have a car, must be within the district itself. Does anybody have a favorite they enjoy going to?
