    Have you tried aging it?
    I just picked up my first 4pack of this and wonder how it develops over time

    Bought my 4 pack, 3 to drink, one to let sit in the cellar for a year. I'll do a lateral next year

    I was lucky enough to grab 2x4 packs. I will do the same. Experiment!!!

    did it last year with the 3 previous batches.

    There's no reason to keep this beer longer than you have to. youngest on the left.

    This beer doesn't evolve. It simply goes down from here. But the older bottles are still drinkable.

    - Drink fresh and drink often.

    Thanks, good to know! What temperature do you keep this one at? Cellar? Fridge?

    Have lots of 2014 left, drinking great, prefer it over fresh I think. Fruit still really pops.
