DDG Value?

If I remember correctly the cost was $41

 

Are you asking for the value, or price?

 

I traded a St. Lamvinus and Iris for a DDG.

 

I haven't drank the DDG yet. I'm a ticker and really wanted to try DDG, since its a style I really, really enjoy. It would have to be out of this world for me to make the trade again, but that's mainly due to DDG's price. It seemed like a fair trade though as I only had a little over $4$ to get a highly sought-after beer that only gets released once every three years.

 

Yea, I'm not really sitting on it. Just waiting on the right time. I want to share it with at least a couple people but not much more than that since I don't want to end up only getting 3 oz. pour of something I gave up a lot to acquire. Most of the tastings I've been to lately have involved way too many people to even consider breaking it out.

 

As part of a larger trade, I traded 2 Jester King Atrial Rubecite for a DDG. Havent tried it yet (saving it for an important life event coming in the Spring) but unless its terrible, I'm happy with the trade.

 

If you want a DDG right now is the best time to trade for one. If all is true and this won't be released till 2016 then you can definitely expect for the current $41 semi-rare trade value to increase to a $41 very rare trade value over the next year to an increased $$ amount of very rare trade value over year 2015. If that makes sense...

 

My buddy traded a 4-pack of BCBS and a Permanent Funeral for DDG, along with a couple Zombie Dust to make up $4$.

 

Just recently landed one and wouldn't think of retrading it.

 

Three darkness and two darkness goblets. Made my year.

 

It's a lot lower now that it was pre-trade actually.

 

California allowed that??

 

If it helps ya any, the one ddg I've traded away so far that didn't go to one of my regular was for a 4 Crooked Stave Reserve beers from this year. Grand Cru Nightmare on Brett, Grand Cru Origins, Petite Sour with Hibiscus and Cinnamon, and a Peach Whiskey BA Surette.

To my regular traders I've just been trading $4$ on it.

I've also traded for more ddg bottles. One trade was a cherry rye+Stainless Only Void and the other was for 2x Beauregarde+1x batch 2 Bottleworks XII.
