de Garde Bueze sighting

    If you're into it, Hop & Vine has a keg of the original release of Bueze on tap right now (though it's probably getting low) and it's drinking really nicely (sour green strawberries!), in addition to Stone W00t, Bockor Jacobins Rouge, and Oakshire Biere de Mars. Nice!

    Nice, I would love to see how it is drinking after a couple more months in the keg. I thought Bueze #2 was pretty incredible for a young unblended lambic. My only frame of reference is Cantillion, after you take the tour they give you a glass of the unblended lambic and it is pretty awful.

    Thanks for the tip. Have some shopping to due at the Cascade Barrel House tomorrow, and was thinking of stopping by for a bite afterwards. I think I'll make that a certainty now.

    I think the unblended Lambic is fantastic, but it's obviously not for everyone.

    Haha very true. This thread just inspired me to post a FT for my only bottle of Cantillion Grand Cru, somebody out there will enjoy it more than I.
