    Hey all,
Our first quarterly event of 2015 is coming up on the 28th. We are moving to a pre-registration process.
    The link:
    http://m.bpt.me/event/1277377

We hope that this event will be the best yet! Some changes have allowed for:
Staggered entry to avoid congestion of lines and taps at the start.
Guarranteed allocations of every bottle being released so no waiting in a bottle line required (really, they'll be available the whole event). Purchase (if desired) when it's convenient.
Way more space. A lot more.
By selling a set number of registrations and getting rsvp's from members, we can set realistic limits, plan the space effectively, etc. Instead of wondering if 200 or 800 people will show up, we can provide the best experience possible, knowing exactly what to expect.

The release bottles should be announced in the coming week, but we will have a couple old favorites plus some exciting new releases. Should be at least six total new releases. Tasty stuff.
For those without a registration, leftovers will be sold in our taproom the following day.

As always, we'll have a great draft and bottle pour list of ours and other favorite breweries. We won't be announcing these ahead of time given the propensity for limited quantities and last minute arrivals/additions. Going in, you may not get to everything, but we're confident you won't be disappointed! As always, expecting to try everything just isn't feasible. Its too much beer, and if a brewery sends, or we only have, a single keg or case, we want to share it but it only goes so far!

Hope to see some of you out here!

For Keepers members/trustees - if we missed the RSVP deadline, do we just have to buy a public ticket?

Correct. Its the same entry cost though, so youd just be missing the early entry. I'd imagine four hours would still be sufficient time to thoroughly enjoy yourself!

If we're a keeper and don't attend this release, how long do we have to pick up our bottles? Can we get them at the May release or does it have to be before then?

Yes. As stated in the sign up details, we're happy to hold bottles until (and including) the next release. Sorry to hear you won't be making this one!

Great, it was that "including" that I wasn't sure of. Thanks!

    Hi everyone!
I'm a beer geek from Israel. Gonna attend the De Garde release, coming with someone from Portland. After the event I need to get to Seattle somehow. Anyone here is coming from Seattle and has a spare seat for me on the way back north?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help,
    Barak

Final bottle sales list, limits and prices for the party next week are posted on Facebook. I failed at copy/pasting them here. Sorry!
Members beers will be announced via email in the next few days for those members amongst us.
Some excellent guest taps and bottles procured, awesome kegs from us, etc.
    Excited for next week!

We're excited about the list! A bit more fruit-centric than expected, but we get what the barrels give!
A reminder as well that all bottle sales will be cash only. Lastly, any remaining bottles will be available in our tasting room starting at open the following day with the same limit. We will not sell extra the day of the event.
Have a great weekend, and we'll look forward to seeing many of you soon!

Bummed I can't make this; would've been my first visit and first visit as a Keeper. Next time!!

I'm curious about the bottle limits. Are the limits applied per attendee or per keeper's membership? I have a keepers membership with someone else acting as my trustee, but since I won't be able to attend the party, will that mean I won't be able to get bottles from that list since my trustee will be purchasing them for himself?

Yes, more or less, that's what it means. Keepers are only guaranteed Keepers bottles. Public sale bottles go to those in attendance. More incentive to attend!

I'm calling it now; Biere Noir is the pick of the litter.

I was on the verge of calling melange - it seems like the underdog pick. I'm hoping the sourness stays in check so the barrel comes through.

You need to inject some Gooseberry directly into your veins then; that'll hit the sour spot.

This is my favorite part of the event:

"Guaranteed allocations of every bottle being released so no waiting in a bottle line required (really, they'll be available the whole event). Purchase (if desired) when it's convenient.
Way more space. A lot more."

Unfortunately, I've over scheduled my plans for the day again, so it's great that I can get in, taste a few fruit centric sours (unlike crusian, I'm praying they're not too sour), grab my bottles and beat it back to PDX in time for a dinner reservation with the GF.

    Can't wait!!!

Yeah. I'm very happy about the new format. My wife can attend with me and not be miserable waiting outside for an hour or two, and no pressure to stay the whole time. Bravo, De Garde.
