I am new to the De Garde Keeper's membership this year and have a couple questions I thought I would post here.

    1. There are no options for trustees correct?

    2. The member bottles are released quarterly at the parties. If I am unable to make say the part in February, do I have to wait until the next party or are they available for pick up anytime until the next party?

    3. The welcome email asks that members RSVP for the party, but its not clear how to RSVP.

    4. Are additional bottles that are released at the party available during the early hour members are let in? Is it best to get the bottle, members and others, out of the way then enjoy the party?

    5. Any recommendations for hotels near the brewery? I am from out of town.

    Cheers!

There's going to be a keeper early entry? Was surprised they were doing that again. Usually get bottles first.

Two of your questions were laid out in the registration and two fall into the 'details to come' category.

I'm sure Trevor and Linsey just wanted to get some information out to everybody, so they sent out an email about their plans. Specific details about bottles, bottle sales, layout, and everything else are probably not set in stone right now.
If you received the Keepers email, then you're probably the 'Keeper' since they have your email address. You'll know how to RSVP as soon as everybody else does.

Mar Clair is quite popular for overnighters

This being my first time in Keeper's I wasn't sure that the RSVP and bottle information is a details to come topic. Good to know. Reading the line about pick ups again, I will take it as I have until the next release to pick up bottles. Not that the pick is during a party only. Not sure why I was reading into that.

I had thought I read no trustees, but looking back on the details it does not clearly state that. It just states the person named as the 'attendee' has all the rights to the membership. So this is still not clear for me.

    Cheers

I'm not a member, but I'm pretty sure the trustee aspect was discussed here in a previous de Garde thread. Might be worth a search.

Good questions. I know last year those that had multiple memberships only got two entries. Period. Same deal this year? If I'm a trustee for multiple people and they all want to come in, do they all get in?

This isn't true. I brought more than one guest. I know a person from Seattle area with multiple memberships that brought many (many) guests. Details haven't been clarified for this year's event, so who knows about the 2015 party. But that's not how it worked last year.

Just curious if I can pick up in between parties or if literally the parties are the only day to pick up member beers.

    Cheers

Should be available any time the tasting room is open.
