I have family driving up the coast through Tillamook tomorrow but will be passing through before the 3pm opening at De Garde. Are there any local shops that carry bottles?

In Tillamook? Not that I can remember. Maybe in Astoria you can find one of the retail releases, but most are brewery only.

I can't help you with Tillamook either, but it sounds like your family will be driving through Newport as well, so maybe check out Bier One in Newport, or possibly this new place there:

As distantmantra mentioned, distribution of dG beers is pretty limited, and so are pretty hard to find even in places like Portland, Salem, Medford, Eugene or Bend. So I can't say I'm very optimistic about your chances. Good luck.

That's what I was thinking. I had a friend grab some Bu Weiss in Portland last year but that was it. Thanks for the info!

A friend of mine is going to Seattle in a few weeks. I'm guessing the chances of finding de Garde that far from the brewery are slim to none?

We do get de Garde up here, but distribution is limited. You might find an Anian or Biere Rouge bottle floating around, but don't get your hopes up.

That's what I expected to hear. Hopefully he at least comes across Holy Mountain/Fremont bottles. Not to totally hijack the thread, but can anyone recommend a bottle shop or two in the city? Like I said, he's just looking to do me a favor and bring back a couple of interesting things, so I haven't been researching the area myself yet.

I think Chucks 85th still had a de Garde behind the counter last I checked. It could be gone, but they have plenty of other bottles—at either location. Always gotta suggest Bottleworks as well.

Holy Mountain has Witchfinder and Goat (?) bottles for sale right now.

Standard Fremont fare is always available. There might be some KDS or Bbomb floating around still at a random store.

Thank you both. He's going in early August so maybe I'll check back in here for any shelf updates as it gets closer.

Don't get your hopes up for BA Fremont beers, but you should be fine for IPAs and pales.

You can get Anian and Grand Rouge at Super Deli Mart on 35th and Barton, and Grand Blanc at Beer Authority, both in Seattle. Beer Junction in WS has Witchfinder and Goat- probably won't find any HM ones other than those. I'd check Delarentti's (sp?) too, may have dG and HM stuff still. You can get BBADS at Tap Station too, btw

de Garde makes it into Seattle about once a quarter, I'd say we are still a month or two out from getting another drop.

A small amount of the new batch of Premiere is going to our distributor in Washington next week. Both draft and bottles. We think it's a pretty bright and tasty brew for the summer!

Any chance any of it will be making it over to Spokane? Which distributor is it?

Alpha, and they handle where the beer goes. So... ?
Sorry. I know that isn't particularly helpful.
