That's the "win" of desays ... and up there with my favorite De Garde beers. The Archer and side project chardonnay are both incredible. This last batch of blu bu was good - I never had the first - but don't expect a big blueberry punch.

Shaping up to be a pretty good birthday bash for you!

I heard that blimp hanger got evacuated due to asbestos.... Good thing the word is getting out about the new location.

Are any of the beers going to be around tomorrow to try?

According to the Facebook event page, all the beers they're releasing in bottles are scheduled to be poured. (The page also says "...all kegs may not be tapped, depending on consumption/demand.")

All the release beers are saved for the release.
We will have a tasty lineup of other brews pouring today though!

Might opt out of the bottle share this go around. Too much dopeness being served up already

I really wish there was a number or ticket given out so there would be no rush to get bottles and we could try the beers before we had to buy. Obviously there would only be so many numbers or tickets given so they matched up with the allotments. Just an observation I've had from going to all the other events.

So what is the setup going to look like? Multiple tap stations? standing room only?

Three draft stations, and shortly after opening, we're setting up a fourth bottle pour station.
We will have a number of tables around, as well as a couple dozen chairs.
With over 2000 square feet of available floor space (we've been busy reorganizing!), there should be plenty of room for everyone to sip comfortably.

Awesome. If anyone wants to meet up, I'll be the guy that looks like everyone else drinking beer.

Couple questions you all might be able to shed some light on. I'm coming from IA and up in OR for a few days. Friend and I were planning on driving down from Portland to Tillamook, but due to a few extenuating circumstances - they're not going to be able to make it down to Tillamook until around 5pm. Have loved everything I've had the chance to try from De Garde and I'm hoping to still make it down for the full-ish event if possible!

    1) Looks like there's a bus from Portland ----> Tillamook that would get me into Tillamook around 2pm-ish. Not sure what these releasees are usually like, if I showed up at 2:30pm would bottles likely still be available?

    2) More of a long shot: But are any Portlanders making the trek tomorrow that might have an extra seat in their car? Back home, Toppling Goliath is about 3 blocks from my house. So, while I didn't fly anything out here with me, I'd be more than happy to hook you up with some fresh TG bottles when I'm back in Iowa. Could leave pretty much anytime tomorrow. Though it'd be worth a shot!

    Thanks!

    Good times, thanks again guys!
I didn't get to try the dark harvest, so I opened one at home, dead flat. :slight_frown: anyone else open one?

It wasn't overly carbonated on draft...

Awesome time, thanks so much for all the great memories, and beer of course.
