Wondering if there was any interest in doing a de garde bottle share? Looking to get bottles from the early days as well as newer ones. I have some bottles I'd like to share as well as a 3l of lee kriek. Obviously it would be nice to have some other stuff besides de garde, but I would like the focus to be on de garde. I was thinking mid to late March. Haven't found out where to have it yet. Just seeing if there was any interest. I know the last one with the eclipse beers was a huge hit.

That'd be cool, I still have a bottle of Morningstar I could bring.

I don't have much of any dG (probably because I'm not much of a sour guy), but I can bring some HF Arthur and Dorothy, as well as some hopslam and nugget nectar.

On a positive note... if I do come, I can pretty much guarantee that I won't drink up much of the dG beers you guys bring. :-)

I have a few bottles I could contribute and if you were interested in doing it in the Hop & Vine Bottleshop Bar, let me know! Would have to cap at 20-30 though. I'm in wherever it ends up!

For those who enjoy dG stuff, do you feel like their beers (the sours in particular) improve and/or change much over time?

Hop & Vine could be cool. Looks like we have a few....

John, it depends on the beer really. Typically the bu's aren't meant for long aging, but others could be I suppose.

I can join, if it happens 3/18-3/24 timeframe. Have some older releases, fa sho.
Perhaps we can get the @deGardebrewing crew to join the festivities?

I would definitely be interested. Have various de gardes from releases over the past year. Also just got some cool stuff from Casey brewing and blending. And have things from rare barrel I would love to open.

lol, I know we are going to the party. I was just thinking about doing something more local and smaller. Main reason is on how the bottle share will work at de garde and how many other things there are to drink.

March 21st looks like a good time, it's on a saturday. I can put a list up if that date seems to work for many of you.

21st sounds good to me as well. It'd be cool to post a spreadsheet with a list of de Garde beers and have people put their name up next to the ones they have/are willing to bring.

The Bu's have seemed to age pretty well over the last year. I think the sentiment of them not aging come comes from the label Berliner, but since they are full wild fermentation and bottle conditioned they probably age a lot different than most Berliners.
