Looks like about 3 miles away. Brewery is 2 miles south of town, cheese is about 1 mile north.

The museum is a short walk away and giant! An easy landmark to find the new brewery. The museum is pretty basic, low-budget affair (not quite like the one in McMinnville). But it's interesting if you're like WWII or aviation history. And the size alone is impressive. It really feels bigger on the inside (for Doctor Who fans). I wouldn't make a destination of it, but it's worth an hour to pass some time.

Too young for a babysitter. He would have no food then....

Has nobody proposed a "ditch wife for the day and get her flowers later" alternative?

You are joking right? Yes, Tillamook is a small coastal cow town. But Pelican's new production facility/brewpub is just down the street from the original De Garde tasting room.

Yes, just messing. Trevor likes to kid about how in the middle of nowhere they are. Das all.

Hard to say what the setup is going to be like exactly as this will be the first release at the new space but I'm probably going to take it easy on the bottle sharing and save myself for the tap list.

So maybe one or two good small bottles to share in line.

There won't be much of a line to worry about. Think the wait even at the tiny place was never more than 30. The last share was super chill. People just cracked 1-2 bottles and set them out. I'll likely bring two bombers but I also have way too much beer.
