I would recommend contacting the brewery directly. They're a small family run business that work their asses off most of the year, so I wouldn't be surprised if they're closed at least Friday and maybe both Friday and Saturday. But who knows but them. All we can do here is speculate.

As for kids - that's been covered plenty of above. I'm sure OLCC can elaborate further on state laws. But kids aren't allowed unless a certain amount of food is served. Bowls of pretzels don't count. That's what the brewery serves. So no kids.

If you're just looking for a place to crash nearby, then I'm sure there will be places to stay in Tillamook. It's not really a New Year's destination. But who knows if the one taxi is town will decide to work that evening. Tillamook is a very small coastal community, not a major metro area. It's barely a town. More like a small village. Don't expect much. If one of you could stay sober, I would recommend heading south to Pacific City and staying at Pelican's Inn at Cape Kiwanda. They have a New Year's celebration, plenty of decent beer (likely MOAS still available) and great views of the beach when you wake up hung-over the next morning. And no issues with kids.
