So which de Gardes are harder of the bunch to trade for? All of the imperial Bu's? Any of the Bu's? Trying to gather a decent set to trade for some, as they seem to have some awesome hype around them.
Beers that start with "The" such as The Anniversary seem to be trading higher than a lot of other de Gardes lately, especially The Broken Truck which is sort of in its own tier. Imperial Bu's tend to trade relatively high as well, with Stone, Orchard, Raz, Purple Raz and Black Raz near the top and others being considerably easier. Regular Bu's seem to trade lower than Imperial Bu's (but can be just as good if not better IMO). Aside from from Nectarine Premiere, most of the rest of their saisons, goses and wild ales are easier to trade for. Dry hopped variants of Hose are among the most underrated beers from this brewery, particularly Citra Hose and Mosaic Hose.
I agree. The regular bus are somehow considered less, but while the abv is a bit lower, they are every bit as tasty. Due to its reasonable pricing, abundant output & utterly delicious brews, de Garde might be my favorite brewery. Given the love I've got for SARA & GI BCBS that's saying a lot.
