de Struise Pannepot in Madison, WI?

    trying to find de Struise Pannepot for sale (bottle) in Madison, WI - I'm aware you can get it at Brasserie V, but I prefer to take it home.

    also, any recommendations for good Belgian and/or Struise and/or Mikkeller selections at bottle shops? West side is preferred, but any input is welcome - I've been to Woodman's, Steve's on University, the new Hi-Vee, but I'm sure I'm missing a few good ones.
