While Headhunter gets all the love and deservingly so, I can't get enough of your draft only IPA, IBUsive. I think it is better than Sucks...

    PLEASE bottle!

I slammed a growler of this yesterday and agree it's great... much better than the first batch they taped a few weeks ago. I'm going to assume once they get the production facility/tasting room open, we will start seeing more bottles.

I finally got to try IBUsive and I agree it's a pretty awesome beer! I'm a HUGE fan of Fat Head's, but I've honestly been underwhelmed by everything they've bottled so far, besides Head Hunter. Their bottles so far haven't shown what they're really capable of, IMHO.

On a side note, I hope they decide to brew their X-Hop IPA again, even if it's draft only. That was another winner..

I agree. It puzzles me when a brewing company bottles their meh beers and not the beers that showcase what they are capable of...and yes, X-Hop is awesome. Been looking for it and hoping they brew it again.

I think Bumble Berry is an awesome beer. One of the best non-sour fruit beers I've ever had.

Oh, and put me down for JuJu being bottled. That is maybe their best beer for my money.

Yeah I like Bumble Berry for what it is. It's probably my favorite beer they've bottled so far, besides HH.

Haven't they only bottled 4 different beers? I picked up a single of the Oompa Loompa and tried it last night. While it was a decent beer, I won't be purchasing it again. To me it tasted more like a vanilla porter than a chocolate stout. I definitely favor Sam Smith's Chocolate Stout.

I like the idea of them bottling some of their other IPAs. Head Hunter is the only one of their IPAs I have had and it seems like they are investing a lot of their resources in it. I see it pretty much everywhere now, but I am normally hesitant to pick it up due to price/freshness/better options. Switching it up a little would be nice.

Maybe because they can sell a ton more Bumble Berry than they can sell of a DIPA. Us BA's tend to consider ourselves inside this closed craft bubble in which all beer drinkers who purchase craft think, drink, and spend the way we do. Fact remains that even within the craft drinking minority of beer drinkers we are a minority within that.

Plus... it's a hell of a lot easier logistically and financially to pump out a fruit extract beer than to bottle the equivalent of a super hoppy beer.

To anybody that hasn't had this yet: Go get it before it's gone. I just filled my fourth growler in 10-12 days... can't get enough. Also, the upcoming beer board at Fat Head's listed two new IPAs on the schedule.

I believe JuJu is going to be bottled...I could be wrong, I have been before. I also heard from a very reliable source that there is plans for them to bottle BA Battle Axe in 22oz bottles.

This post is funny. Because I had dinner at Fat Heads this past Saturday night and this was the first question I asked someone there. They said it would be bottled sometime in the next year. Right now its draft only and will most likely see only limited accounts in the Cleveland area right now outside of the brewpub.

There you go. Now don't shoot the messenger!

Amen. Bumble Berry is a fantastic, sessionable fruit beer. The dopey name and style don't do it any favors, but I find it quite delicious. Perfect summer beer.
