    Bump this.
    Second that.
Prarie can fuck itself charging 10 dollars minimum for their stuff for a 12oz bottle. Compared to $10-12 for a Willetized 4 pack. The shit is flawless you cant knock anything about it.
Kbs costs 20 bucks for a 4 pack(no thank you) ,CBS has maple syrup
Ballast High West BA Victory is hard to find and has Vanilla. ( I do enioy it though)
I would say Barrel Aged Speedway and Avery Tweak beats them all but it's rare to find
I'm talking about BA Coffee Stout and coffee being the only addition.

I recently read a book called “The Audacity of Hops” about America’s craft beer revolution.
There’s some info on Lagunitas history and buyout by Heineken.
I generally boycott “big beer” but in Lagunitas’ case I don’t think it’s warranted.
Distribution is a huge limiting factor for small breweries.
Everyone’s selling IPA’s because that’s what pays the bills. I’d rather see more lagers and stouts too.

    2015 High Westifieds
Ever since they discontinued the 22oz Imperial Stout bombers and the copper ales Lagunitas is kinda run of the mill with the exception of the taproom in Chicago

Ah ya that probably is what it is. I did find one with some additional flavoring once but I don't remember if it was BA or not. Either way, a great coffee stout

Ya, of all the buyouts I can think of lagunitas seems to have stayed the course the best. I suppose already being pretty ipa heavy makes that easier

*CBS was aged in bourbon barrels that also conditioned Michigan Maple Syrup. The concept may produce undesirable results for you personally but I assure you, many appreciate it. As far as a 20 4 pk. of KBS, I think many of us have made peace with that price point as that is far from the most expensive options in this category. Cheers.

Oh I love me some CBS and KBS, i have both in my fridge! I wasnt talking down on Founders they are one of my favorites.
This was me simply pointing out why Willettized is just a superior beer in its category. It is barrel aged, uses a great coffee from good people, tastes great and the price point is unbelievable.
    Cheers!

From what i know they only do BA versions in bottles .
You are right about them making a great coffee stout. I always buy when i see them and being close to San Diego givesnme the luxury of always finding the varietals as well as the base stout
