Does anyone know how DBC would do with age? Nothing crazy, but I'm just wondering what a year or 2 would do for it. Cheers!

The key variable for this beer will be the coconut presence obviously. It will certainly fade over time. Was the coconut too strong for you? If you enjoy it now, drink it sooner than later certainly. The coconut will become more muted over time but whether it's a significant difference at a year, two years or more is not known. I think it's the first time they've distributed this beer as well so there is not likely anyone who has cellared the beer previously.

As a general rule, all beers under 8%, with the exception of wild ales, are not candidates for aging.

The coconut will be gone, which is the key point of this beer. So unless you hate coconut, don't age it.
