Noticed some beer have improved with time after opening despite no change in temperature .. anyone with similar experience? Should some beers be decanted? If so any suggestions. Thanks for some input.

I've never checked the temperature differences, but I have noticed some beers improve after letting them sit exposed to the open air for a little while.

I think the general consensus on this site is that all beers should be decanted as part of the overall experience of enjoying craft beers. If the bottle has sediment in it then it becomes a personal issue of whether you leave the sediment behind or let it also flow into the glass.
