Stopped by the tap room today for the soft opening. Awesome place. Nice location and friendly staff. The beer was great. The berliner was refreshing and tart nice and fruity. The porter was incredible. Up there with Everett. Thick, roasty with a subtle smokiness. The wheat ipa was stockholm syndrome as far as I could tell and the pale ale was a bit green but I could see it being very good with a little settling in.

Stop by if you get a chance I can't recommend the place highly enough. Congrats to @sleepydave

Yeah had Berliner on tap at Row 34 last night. Awesome flavor, tartness was balanced, and had an almost creamy mouthfeel. Very tasty. Looking forward to trying his others.

That porter sounds great and I agree on the berliner, really nice tart and refreshing. I'd say there is a pretty good chance this is the next big New England brewery.

Love it, can't wait to get up there. Dave is a good dude and I'm looking forward to trying all these beers.

More great porters are a good thing!

Unfortunately I'm down in Boston and wasn't able to make it up today, but that didn't stop me from sending my father in to grab growlers for me! We've been big fans of David's since his time at BL, and it's great to see his hard work over the past year pay off. I felt like he was just hitting his stride with his Berliners, Excess variants, Paul's boutique and "last call" so hopefully he picks up right where he left off. I was impressed with Foreword, and I'm very intrigued by the brett RIS he has in store. Congrats man!

I tend to stay away from the forums around here nowadays, but i had to chime in and say that...
No joke. Turning and seeing Marlon there smiling made my day. Despite the fact i couldnt chat much with everything being so new. That was a wonderful surprise! All the best to you both!

I also happened to have Auroral yesterday at Row 34 and it was very well made. And I am usually "eh" with tart/sour beers, so this one definitely stood out.

AFAIK, not announced yet. Soft opening yesterday and planning an "official" opening soon.

Only filling their own branded 750ml growlers so far, which is disappointing; plus tasters.

Also wanted to apologize again outside of facebook for the nh growler laws currently. Im not here to point fingers, but i was advised by someone with the power to shut us down that I am "not to do any rebranding of any kind." We are working on a solution but again, apologies.

Thanks for clarifying the issue. Super dumb "interpretation" of law that only is costing businesses business. What about a completely blank growler (could be "branded" with sticker or tag, or not, but wouldn't be "rebranded")?

This is the long stem wine glass if anyone cares of such things:

My understanding is that completely blank is OK...but check with David first. Congratulations on the great open, even if I could not be there!

Once we have our process and procedures for front of house dialed, we will be very open to completely blank 750ml swingtops (expanding to 2L also but not certain when yet). But for right now, we'd like to get the business settled a bit. We have five hours of service under our belt, please bear with us.
Rest assured I am just as unhappy as you are about what we were told. Our growlers are not cheap and go through several shippings to get screenprinted and then to us. I would love to have more floor space and money just as much as youd like to have more fridge space and money!

Popped in today to check everything out. Very cool setup. I love all the reclaimed wood. There was a steady crowd flowing through. Got some growlers and that sweet longstem glass. I thought the offerings on tap were really good, but the Berlinerweisse was the big winner for me. I highly recommend. Customer service was excellent - the owners are super friendly, genuine and enthusiastic. So excited the taproom is finally open. Cheers.

Heading up today. What have been the standouts for everyone? Seems like the berliner is a hit.

I really enjoyed them all but for me the porter Renasance was a hit.
