I personally have been a big fan of what these guys are putting out. All the hoppy stuff is solid, not trying to emulate the ridic NE haze that's "so hot" right now. The new dipa that came out last week is exactly what it's supposed to be. And it's really tasty!
Sepal is a phenomenal beer....and some of the stuff they have coming down the pipeline is going to be amazing. The new batch of the imp gose is going to be very, very good. As well as that....the beers that are currently bottle conditioning sound delicious!
And to the idiot saying everyone agrees that deciduous beers are perceived poorly, you sir are a moron. Everyone I talk to and meet at the brewery is digging the beers they have. So, please take your negative (and in no way constructive) criticism and go somewhere else.

To each their own ... trashing someone because they don't like a beer or brewery is not what this site is about. Name calling is weak, they had a poor experience at the brewery and did not like the beers. Posts like this don't help IMO. Thicker skin ...

Lulz, sorry for the name calling. Ignorant people (who joined today) with obvious agendas are ok though?

Assumptions are ok as well I guess ... yes, some people sign in because they feel inspired to post their opinion and they shouldn't be chastised for it.

FWIW ... if this brewery is releasing beers that have funk it in that have been been properly conditioned and aged then most likely it tastes like what the said poster described. Many beer geeks believe what they are told even if things are horribly wrong.

    Which one was that?

I've only had growlers from the brewery (courtesy of a friend). Never thought a beer was bad, and the latest DIPA he brought was really really good. I wouldn't pay $14 for 500ml of IPA though!

Although I haven't had a ton of their beers I have enjoyed the berliners, goses, and Sepal (which was like baby Dorothy). The rest of their beers were alright but didn't stand out like those ones did. I will agree though, the pricing on bottles is pretty high.

I've purchased quite a few beers from the brewery and well have had some I really like and a few others that varied bottle to bottle. I think my biggest complaint is that they pour no samples of there bottled offerings at the brewery. I've had samples from bottles at other NH breweries. So I assume it's not a law issue. On the average I feel they are doing a solid job and will continue to try there beers.

Had tillage this weekend on draft at york river landing and was impressed. Someone asked if it is sillier to candlepin or whirlpool. It's drinkable like those two but not at all similar in taste. I liken it to a light version of Allagash Hugh Malone. You definitely get the Belgian taste but very drinkable.

    This still makes no sense?

Also to add to the post subject. The beer is pretty good and the place was cool to check out. But then again people will complain about Treehouse beers because they "know" a batch was slightly off. No one is immune to bitching.

Keep working hard Deciduous, all will work out.

For what it's worth, Sam Adams is hands down more successful, consistent, and dialed in then most of the breweries on here combined. Not to mention worth over 1 billion. But they do and will always have the biggest target on them. People love to hate and find the flaws.

Picked up some bottles last weekend. It is really tasty. Definitely has some of that lambic funk and mouth feel, but has other flavors that slot it closer to AWA territory. Very unique beer, and the oranges are a nice tough. Best beer I've had from Deciduous to date.

It's good, reminds me of the St. Bretta series from Crooked Stave.

Stopped by yesterday and picked up a few beers. These Guys really nail the Berliners and Goses. Auranja is outstanding and so is Luster. Looking forward to their Anniversary beer coming out in the next few weeks.

Stopped in yesterday. Sampled their 2% gose (forget the name) and Arose. The gose was tart but super light, would be very crushable if available by the can.

Arose, I thought, was fucking delicious. Very impressed, so I took home a 750. I also picked up a bottle of Auranja based on everyone here's pumping of its tires.

Really great to see them succeeding here and not just with 6 slightly different IPA's like so many newcomers. Their beer is available a few other places around town as well. I definitely recommend a stopover in Newmarket for anyone in the Seacoast. It's turning into a nifty town.
