I'll be brewing my first weizenbock next weekend and I was wondering if anybody has a good decoction schedule for the style. I do a single decoction for my hefeweizen, but I was thinking of stepping up to either a double or triple decoction given that this is a little bit maltier of a style.
    Thanks!

I do a double decoction for my hefes with the following schedule:

108 F Rest (4VG/B-glucanase) for 20 min, then pull thick decoction, heat to sacch (158 F) hold 20 min, bring to boil, hold 15 min, add back to main mash to bring to sacch after stirring & recirculating.

150 F Rest (Sacch) for 35 min, then pull thick decoction, bring to boil, hold 15 min, add back to main mash to reach mash out after stirring and recirculating.
