Nice, but why does one bottle look fuller than the other? Also, when will they be available in stores?

QC line rejects, I'm quite sure - that's probably why I have these particular bottles. I don't know check the Facebook page. I'll ask though.

Please let me know where this is. While I can't offer much at the upcoming Freetail event it would be nice to come down with a case of this to share.

Deep Ellum has officially sent off their first bottles. Farmhouse Wit at Spirits, Malcolm X and Canton

Hopefully the other bottled brews aren't far behind.

Pretty sure this beer will be worth the drive to Dallas.

I have had it on draft a few times and it was fantastic. I just don't wanna drive 45 minutes to have to pick up this beer.

Just saw that they have bottled their Double Brown Stout and they say it should hit shelves as early as next week per their facebook/twitter. Wonder when the IPA will finally be available?

I'm right there with you. Great beer, just not worth it to me to drive to Dallas. I hope it comes to FW.

That's by far the best beer they make, imo.

Just be sure to check the bottle fill levels. I was going to purchase some Farmhouse Wit at Spec's and several six-packs had bottles filled at different levels, on average looking to be about 1/2-1 oz differences. I don't know how a business can put a product out with quality control issues like that. They seem to be the 'hot' new beer that's just average for the most part, imho.

Check JK. They had the same issues.

I'm just very surprised that the IPA wasn't the first bottling

I guess just about every brewery goes through that issue, what got me was the price point for how local the stuff is, $8.99-$10.99 for a six pack that was brewed a few blocks from the store it's being sold in when the beer, again, imho, just isn't as good as something like Sixpoint which also has to travel across the country. I think it's just trendy right now......again, jmho.

The IPA at $7.99 or $8.99 would be awesome. $10.99 and it becomes an every once in awhile thing. When a few local bars sell it at $2.59 to $3 a pint on weekday nights I can get my fill there

That's just the thing, one of the local bars in Deep Ellum on Wednesday's has Texas Night where all Texas drafts are $2. When I can get a pint of DEBC (anything) for $2, I'm a little hesitant to buy a sixer.
