I saw a post on Facebook that this bar/restaurant in Leesburg, VA, is closing in the next few days. It's an experience to visit there, so if you live close-by and have never been there, hurry. From the Facebook post: "I hoped I’d never have to make this post. We are closing effective this coming weekend. All package beer and merch are being sold at extreme discount between now and then. We are honored to have been a part of this business community for almost 7 years. We Love our downtown, our Leesburg, and surrounding community. It’s been a pleasure to serve you all through everything that we’ve collectively gone through, but the reality is that the our time is up. Thank you all for everything."
That’s a shame. I didn’t even know it was there, and could have easily visited a few times. Maybe my cousin will get a chance this weekend.
I ate there about a year or so ago for first time. Was kinda dirty and felt like it had seen better days, was overpriced and not many patrons. It did offer a European vibe which was kinda cool. Of course the beer options were nice. Based on my dining experience, it doesn’t surprise me at all that it’s closing.
similar feelings. didn't seem to be special. No gravitas. Unsure if it was that the time passed it by or if there was just a lack of quality.
Yep it’s closed now, was a good spot that I’ll miss. But lately the prices were high and the quality and Belgian beer options gone a bit downhill.
