I heard the rabble rabble about infections but haven't talked to anyone that actually has opened a bad bottle. I opened one tonight and it is definitely not infected..... .... Completely flat though. Ugh. Have any other BAs actually opened a bottle of 2013? (Please the save the general Lost Abbey complaining for another thread so we can get actual usable information)
I really hope this beer is not flat. I root for Lost Abbey all the time because they make such great beers, but I keep hoping they will stop releasing beers that are not ready or up to consumer standards.
Untappd reviews may not be to BA quality, but they are far timelier and easier to sift through vintages. I saw several reports of flat Deliverance on the first page of the 2013 entry. Damn, that was the last bottle of Lost Abbey/Port Brewing that I trusted and was willing to purchase. Oh well at least we get kegs.
