The guys at the local beer shop in SF say this has tended to fall apart after 1-2 years. Ive got several at the moment, anyone have some experience aging this one?

I thought it was a one time brew. I had it about six months ago and it was phenomenal, but still very hot.

We just got the 2011 batch here in the Bay Area a week ago.

Yeah, it's a touch hot. That's the only part i'd like to see calmed. Although, after a glass of good bourbon it is spot-on.

Oh that's why my local whole foods just got some in. Excellent!

One of my favorite beers of all time, fresh or aged! Just outstanding. Jealous I can't get it...

I have had this fresh and with a year on it. Out the bottle with about a year on it was real good.
