Delray Beach, Florida area

    Hello BA’ers, my wife and I will be getting into Delray Beach this Saturday for a week. We won’t have a car, but limited travel shouldn’t be an issue.

    Anyone have any must do things in the area? Beer or otherwise? I appreciate any advice.

    Near dwontown: Coffee district (coffee shop/beer bar), beer trade co(beer bar/small bites), Park tavern(restaurant with great taplist and bottles), Saltwater brewery has average at best beers with a good atmosphere.

    Haven't been to Delray Beach but have spent a decent amount of time in Ft Lauderdale and Miami. Nothing on the map in Delray Beach looked remotely recognizable, so it didn't even make its way down to FLL or MIA, so maybe not a good sign. But Delray Beach is only 30 minutes or so north of the FLL breweries. Probably further than you'd want to go without a car, but maybe? Odd Breed is the furthest north and is definitely worth a stop. 3 Sons and Invasive Species are also worth a stop. Funky Buddha is north of FLL as well. And Orchestrated Minds sounds very good but I haven't made it there yet.

    I know its a couple towns away from Delray Beach though, so not sure if its helpful or not.

    Thanks Mike! I almost messaged you but it looked like your adventures were mainly further south. I hope to explore FLL area a little Saturday before our flight out of town.
