Denver area BA small brewery meet-up

Nice. Yeah, that one's a no-go for me, but word has it that it's one of the best events around. I think me and my wife are doing Renegade this evening and maybe hit up something like Dad & Dude's or the B&B on Saturday. They've got Release the Hounds right now. My wife is a huge Berliner Weiss fan, so something tells me we'll crack open a bottle of the Crabtree at some point in the weekend.

 

I just figured I'd throw this one together to get things rolling, but I think it might be a good idea to just make a new thread for each additional meet up anyone proposes. That way we don't have to wade through a 40-page thread every time. Maybe just scan the Mountain forum once a week and see what's going on.

 

10PM? Yeah, I think barring any weird issues we'll still be around by then. Tell you what - just shoot me a note and I'll give you the situation.

 

I think Strange will be in the cards next. Lots of people seem to be fans and they're really close to Renegade, Breckenridge BBQ, and the Rackhouse, too.
I'm thinking of heading over there tomorrow afternoon to do some "research" if anyone else isn't doing anything.

 

Not a problem. Shrode21 - you think you'll have a car? The best stores in the area are all in the 'burbs, although I guess it depends on where you'll be at for work.

Alright folks - the weekend is nearly upon us. For anyone that didn't see the initial postings, there will be an informal meet-up at Wit's End and Pints Pub tomorrow (the 24th) night. Everyone is welcome, so come out and support some local breweries and have a good time. Bring a friend or significant other, too. Right now there are roughly 7-8 people and a few maybes, so it certainly won't be a mob.
If it seems like there will be more than a dozen of us I'll give Pint's a call, otherwise I'd imagine we should just be able to show up. Scott at Wit's End knows we're coming, so no fears there.
