Headed to Denver from Chicago for the weekend. Any bars in the downtown area that have Russian River beers on tap or in a bottle? Also any recomendations for a good liquor store.
Until a Denver person posts, I can say from experience that you can find RR beers on tap at Falling Rock.
I did check on their website. The beer list hasn't been updated since Feb. Can anyone verify that they still carry RR?
Their beer list is pretty much never updated. They almost always have at least Blind Pig and Pliny on tap. Occasionally you'll see a sour, but not consistently.
Yeah you have a good chance of getting pliny and blind pig for sure. They might have some RR bottles for sale. Check out their bottle menu.
Falling Rock generally has Pliny or Blind Pig on. I am not sure if Freshcraft has any on at the moment.
Cheeky Monk regularly carries Russian River beers and it's right next to Argonaut.. maybe not the most customer oriented liquor store, but good selection. Taphunter (different than taplister) has Star Bar and Historian's Ale house's taps pretty up to date. I've seen RR at both places, so it'd be worth checking out.
