Coming to Denver for the first time next weekend w some buddies for Bears game. We are staying at an air bnb near cross streets, 14th and Elati. No car so looking for places relatively close to buy some good local beers and places to drink as well. Any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks

That's just south of the main downtown stretch. Low hanging fruit would be Freshcraft, Falling Rock, Rock Bottom, Yardhouse, Thirsty Lion, and Wynkoop.
RiNo is a little further, but still in walking distance or a ~$5 rideshare. Once you get to that area, it's easy to walk between spots. That's where Ratio, Our Mutual Friend, Liberati, River North, Crooked Stave, Stem, Epic, Bierstadt, Odell, New Belgium, Great Divide, Blue Moon, etc. are. Goed Zuur and Finn's Manor are also in that general area.

Maybe not quite what you're looking for, but Pints Pub is the closest drink spot to you at 13th and Bannock. English pub with a couple cask beers (hit/miss on those). Very, very large selection of single malt scotch. TVs??? Don't think so.

RiNo is totally worth it from where you are staying but you may not want to walk it both ways. But if you want to keep it right at a mile away or less, you can get to Euclid Hall and Freshcraft, or over to the Tap 14 Uptown location. All of these are tap rooms, not breweries.

With where you are staying, you are also not far away from the S. Broadway strip of breweries. Banded Oak is only about 1.2 mi away, and then you can just continue down the street to see TRVE, Baere, etc all within a few more blocks.
