Denver get together for a tasting?

    I have no date in mind or even what would work for me (as I type this) but I've been trading a bit lately and have also had my family ship me a bunch of beer from around the country.

    As I spent the last couple of hours getting looks from the wife as I try to organize the beer I realized there's no way I'm drinking all this by myself (bit of an exaggeration) and wouldn't mind sharing with some fellow BAers.

    I have quite a bit of different kinds of NG and FFF. Plus a range of beer from the west and east coasts. Nothing rare or anything but some good craft beer.

    Anyone up for trying to get a tasting together for the Denver area in the next few weeks? I guess I should point out that I can't host this one.

    I'm in. Anyone in the Denver area down to host? I'd offer my place, but I'm up in Greeley. I don't want to subject anyone to greality.

    Well I have a shitty apartment, but I am two places down from the bull and bush and would.love to host. If nobody else can....kinda small, but.we're friendly :slight_smile:

    I'd be down for it most weekends. The local BA's are good people after all. I'm all the way out in Aurora, but I do have some room. I'd need some advance notice, though.

    Guess I'll be the first to throw out some dates. My first thought on dates that I know I have available is:

    Friday June 15th and then the following weekend either Friday or Saturday (June 22nd or 23rd).

    Bummer, I'm out of town both of those weekends. I'd be up for it though. What does it take to host? I can probably host about 10 people or so. The other thing is to find a park to host it in and meet outdoors like Fitshaced mentioned. Maybe I can join in on the 2nd one :slight_smile:

    I can gladly host. I have a Hugh back yard and Badminton set up:slight_smile: But I'm in Frederick. I guess if we had some peeps from Denver and Fort Collins area coming my house would make sense.. I'm game either way i can host or show up where ever...

    Im open on any of the dats suggested (06/15, 06/22, or 06/23).

    Meeting in Frederick certainly works for me as I'll be coming from Greeley.

    Saturdays are always best for me (that way my wife can come for once), but I can do most Fridays, too.

    I'm out in Cali otherwise I would be game. Hopefully everyone doesn't bring New Glarus to the tasting... I hooked up a lot of people.

    Fitshaced (I just got that username as I typed it out :wink: ), should we make something more official here? Maybe everyone who's down chime in again and rank the six dates mentioned above (06/09, 06/10, 06/15, 06/16, 06/22, or 06/23).

    Or we could start a fresh thread using that fancy poll option.
