Alright so I’m going to Weldwerks tomorrow. Sister is lending me the car. Would love to hear what the highlights have been for everyone so far. Going to ship some back for my next share. Happy Thanksgiving!

It’s available at the tap room and is the best canned beer in the state. If the OP leaves without buying any he did it wrong. If anyone didn’t know, now you know.

Thought you meant to post in the canned saison thread, my bad.

I'm from Kalamazoo, and my friend lives here in Greeley where I'm visiting. He's been sending me WW cans/crowlers, and that was the first place we went. 14 NEIPAs on the board as well as the Coffee Medianoche. I've finally been to Mecca. It's hard to beat, in my opinion. But O'Dell and Cerebral have some brews I'd like to try. My favorites were DDH Mosaic JB, Dragon Fruit Guava, DDH Galaxy. But you really can't go wrong here.

It's also strange seeing Bell's and Founders out here.

Yes, I'm a tourist, but the weed is secondary to suckling at the teat of Weldwerks.

Weldwerks puts enough milk in their beers these days that it's a decently apt metaphor.

Zing! Too bad it doesn't make sense since to the best of my knowledge they've never actually put milk in a beer, just a bunch with lactose.

I think we can allow a little room there for the sake of being a silly goose- milk vs milk sugar? Didn’t seem too literal to me at least..

I’m sorry, you are wrong. Last time I was there, they had 15 extra tap lines, all of different unfiltered milks (including very hard to get Himalayan Yak milk), and they would blend it with whichever beer you want at any ratio.

Well played, sir; I stand corrected

The metaphor was more intended to accentuate sampling from the source, but that works, too.
