    Hey mountain BA's,

Long time no see. I'm headed to Denver this week and am looking for some bottles to bring back home with me. I used to live out there so I know the places to look but need help with what bottles I should be seeking out in the Denver market (that I can't get in Chicago or WI). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm going to likely bring a few bottles out too so if anyone wants to set up a little trade let me know by BM. Cheers!

Anything Casey and Crooked Stave has a bunch of great stuff on the shelf since they've done away with the membership.

I'll check in later for a trade

Crooked Stave has a few different fruit Petite Sour variants on shelves right now, as well as Hop Savant Amarillo, and Hop Savant Citra comes out tomorrow. Casey Saison if you can find some. The last few Avery sour releases are still around.

Does crooked stave sell bottles on site or are you guys referring to liquor stores? I am coming to Denver in a week and a half too!

Someone that hasn't had Light Speed should grab it from him. Possibly my favorite I've had from TG so far

I'm going to be doing the same thing that nolimitnsb did. Thanks to this thread I know that I want to try some Crooked Stave and Casey stuff, but do you guys have suggestions on shops to try? I will be staying downtown but have a car over the weekend of the 4th of July.

Mr. B's, Small Batch, Mondo Vino, Mile High, Grapevine, Davidson's... Not in that order, but they all carry greatness. There are a ton more, but those get most of my money.

Of course, you should also hit CS at 'The Source' as you can taste and purchase a great deal of CS goodness.

Figured I'd ask this here...in Denver, are Avery barrel-aged beers (more, their sours) somewhat available at wine and spirits stores?!

Usually at least one is available around Denver at all times. Currently 4 different Avery sours can be found easily, including their new year-round Raspberry Sour.

Thanks for the reply, sir! Got a buddy heading out there this weekend, I'll try and have him take a look around (Fortuna and Insula Multos Collibus are the prime two I've in mind)!

Heading to Denver area late next week. Also stopping in Boulder and Fort Collins. I have my brewery trips planned and thanks to this thread a few bottle shops. Any suggestions for nano breweries or growler only brewpubs not known outside the area. Also, if anyone is looking to trade for Wisconsin beers message me.

Hey, everyone. First, thanks for all the help. This is great. There are some places that are much cagier with beer info; makes visiting tough. If anyone's ever in NoCal or Ohio, PM me.
I'm headed to Denver this weekend. Three specific questions - can everyone agree not to buy the last bottle of casey in belmar? will CS origins (or any petit sours) still be available on Saturday? and are there kegs of hop chops still floating around? it looks like the last untappd check in was in may. happy to "settle" for superpower.
    thanks, everyone.
