My girlfriends mom is going to Des Moines for a wedding this weekend. Shes staying at the downtown Marriott. She offered to grab me some beers. Are there any good liquor stores in that general area I can suggest? What beer suggestions other that TG should I have her look out for for me this weekend? Cheers guys.
Downtown HyVee would be close. Ingersoll Wine & Spirits in the general area, but a little further away. Also Altoona or Pleasant Hill Hy-Vee if she's willing to divert on the way in/out (assuming driving from IL).
