There's a lot of love for MP, BBP and Obsidian in this thread, but those beers don't even scratch the surface (unless you're talking nitro Obsidian!) The Bond Street series, including Hop in the Dark, Hop Henge, Hop Trip, and Fresh Hop Mirror Pond are fantastic. The Reserve Series beers (Abyss, Jubel 2010, Black Butte XX, Dissident, Mirror Mirror, and Stoic) are world-class. Hell, even most of their pub-only beers are really really good.

They offer a ton of great beers in many different styles (from hoppy beers to dark beers to Belgians to sours) and they can make almost any beer drinker happy.

Kudos to Deschutes, and all the great people that make it one of the best breweries in the country!

Definitely my favorite brewery and I got a chance to tour it just last week; you can't beat the free samples. I also feel like I have been living off Red Chair the last month or so.

I wish we got them out here. I had to travel for work and the highlight of my week in Arizona was buying nothing but Red Chair.

Great brewery indeed! Abyss is amazing but their whole lineup is solid.

Growing up, I never knew my hometown brewery was held in such high regard. Should have though, because the moment I stopped stealing my dad's Coors Original and started sneaking my uncle's Black Butte Porters and Jubelales was a religious experience.
