Should be hitting stores this week.

I heard 8 bucks for 12oz or something along those lines. Anyone else hear anything about the price on this.

 

$11/12oz at the brewery and $12 in local bottle shops here in Oregon.

 

Hits stores this week, $10-$13 a Btl depending on where you shop....

 

It's in at Ale Jail, $11.99/bottle I think.

hope it sticks around long enough for me to grab a bottle or two, stupid paying bills and being responsible.

 

I noted the price, the 'best after' date of 4/2013, and gauged my ability to wait that long, and passed. It will be on shelves for a while methinks.

 

Agreed, that's a pretty hefty price for a 12 oz unproven beer.

 

I bought one today, then proceeded to drop it on the cement when I got home. It did not survive, it at least smelled tasty.

 

are there a ton of bottles around? i will probably grab one to try. it does sound good.... but over a buck an ounce... ouch

 

Yowza. That hurts. I did the same with a New Belgium Cocoa Mole, though I was able to salvage about 1/3 of the bottle, which allowed me to determine that it rocked and to buy some more. I especially enjoyed the shards of glass, I thought that was an interesting touch

 

Anyone seen it anywhere other than ale jail?

Based on some elementary sleuthing, I think it's fairly widespread. I saw several cases at non-usual suspect spots.

 

I only stopped at lyndale today didn't see any but they didn't have much new and there stock seems low as traffic has been down due to construction. Might have to swing into a couple places tomorrow to pick up a bottle or two.

 

Blue Max had it today, $11.something for a bottle.
